Objectives of the Course
The aim of the new communication technologies course is primarily to reveal what new communication technologies are and to explain the features of new communication technologies. In addition, to examine the transformation of media tools with new communication technologies, and to explain and learn the differences that new communication technologies tools have made in call centers.

This course covers the definition of new communication tools, communication technologies, internet usage rates, social media usage rates, differences between traditional communication tools and new communication technologies, social media tools, innovations brought by new communication technologies to call centers, artificial intelligence and call centers, etc. Includes topics.
