Quality concept, Definition of Principles/Benefits and types of standards and standardization, Standardization in Turkey/metrology and calibration/Certification and Accreditation/Quality controlling factors, features, examples of business functions and targets/Occupational health and safety standards, food safety standards and other quality management system standards / Quality Circles / Strategic method and kaizen (continuous improvement) / participation in management, process management system, resource management system and basic steps of the improvement cycle / EFQM, excellence model, other control systems in quality, risks of poor quality, costs, Deming principle and explanations, ISO 9000,9001,2000,19011 standards, Puko Cycle, Brainstorming technique, multiple voting technique and explanations
