Objectives of the Course
This course aims to teach the history and culture of Turkish-Islamic states such as Ghaznavids, Qarakhanids and Seljuks.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Have knowledge about the Turkish-Islamic states. PO-6 History and arts of Islam uses the knowledge at the level of expertise acquired in the field to raise the level of education, culture and art of the society.
PO-7 History and arts of Islam to be able to independently carry out a study that requires specialization in the field.
Examination
LO-2 Gains comprehensive knowledge about important events, personalities and periods of Turkish Islamic history. PO-1 History and arts of Islam develops and deepens his/her knowledge in the same or a different field at the level of expertise based on undergraduate level qualifications in the field.
Examination
LO-3 Gains the ability to analyze historical events and processes and evaluate their connections with the present. PO-4 History and arts of Islam uses research methods and techniques applied in the field, has theoretical and practical knowledge.
PO-8 History and arts of Islam develops new approaches to solve complex and unpredictable problems encountered in applications related to the field.
