| This course is to gain proficiency in reading and understanding works written in Ottoman Turkish and archive materials. It aims to provide information about and evaluate manuscripts and inscriptions. | |||||

| This course covers the general structure and reading rules of Ottoman Turkish. Ottoman manuscripts. It includes inscriptions, coins and other historical sources, as well as inscriptions on tombstones. | ||
