Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the course ‘Religious Education According to Developmental Stages’ is to enable students to understand the religious development processes of children and young people and to gain the ability to prepare and implement religious education programmes appropriate to these developmental stages. Students will adopt an approach that takes into account individual differences and develops teaching methods suitable for age groups by using developmental psychology theories in the context of religious education. |

Course Contents | ||
This course deals with the stages of religious development of children and young people and the characteristics of these stages in a comprehensive way. The content of the course includes education plans and teaching methods appropriate to developmental stages, sensitivity to individual differences, appropriate evaluation methods and development of educational materials. The role of cultural and familial factors in religious education is also examined. | ||
