Objectives of the Course | |||||
The rhythmic gymnastics course aims to apply the basic techniques of the ball apparatus, understand specific training knowledge for rhythmic gymnastics, create routines with the ball apparatus, and develop training programs. |

This course covers the introduction to the ball apparatus, evaluation rules, conditioning exercises, jumps/leaps, ballet work, pivots, ball apparatus choreographies, specific training knowledge, and watching and analyzing national and international routines. | ||
