Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to examine and analyze the behaviors of individuals working in the organization by taking into account the variables of group, organization and environment. In addition, within the scope of the course, it is aimed to inform the students about the current issues in the relevant literature in recent years within the framework of selected topics in organizational behavior.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Discuss the main purpose and scientific foundations of organizational behavior. PO-1 Based on the 4-year undergraduate level qualifications in the field of business administration or if they have undergraduate education in another field, students who have taken the necessary courses and have reached this qualification can develop and deepen their knowledge in the field of accounting at the level of expertise.

LO-2 Analyze group management and group formation within the organization. PO-2 Explains the interaction of accounting with disciplines such as sociology, psychology and quantitative methods.
PO-3 They will have the ability to transfer their knowledge of accounting to employees and teammates within the business.

Human behavior in organizations; personal differences and work behavior; rewarding and punishing personal behavior; stress in organizations; group behavior (group types, group characteristics); conflict and its management; organizational forces and policies; leadership; organizational processes (decision-making, communication, socialization); organizational change and development.
