Objectives of the Course |
The aim of the course is to examine and analyze the behaviors of individuals working in the organization by taking into account the variables of group, organization and environment. In addition, within the scope of the course, it is aimed to inform the students about the current issues in the relevant literature in recent years within the framework of selected topics in organizational behavior. |

Human behavior in organizations; personal differences and work behavior; rewarding and punishing personal behavior; stress in organizations; group behavior (group types, group characteristics); conflict and its management; organizational forces and policies; leadership; organizational processes (decision-making, communication, socialization); organizational change and development. |
