By mentioning the meanings and types of general leadership and competence concepts in the literature on coaching, it is to determine the conditions under which these concepts are or can be included in physical education and sports-related environments. To provide a detailed understanding of the role of leadership and competence theories and approaches in sports environments. |

LO-1 | At the end of this course, the student will be able to evaluate different definitions of leadership. |
PO-3 They can list short-term and long-term goals for different age groups to achieve the highest possible levels. In line with these goals, they can create training plans for both short and long terms and adapt them according to changing conditions. PO-20 They acquire the ability to work effectively, efficiently, and ethically with other professionals and disciplines they interact with. PO-31 They have a critical perspective in the planning, execution, and application of scientific research related to the coaching profession. PO-32 They maintain their coaching identity, awareness, and professional discipline while taking responsibility with an interdisciplinary collaboration approach. |

LO-2 | At the end of this course, the three main components of the student leader definition are; will be able to provide information about the characteristics of the leader, the characteristics of the followers, and the situational factors and the interaction between them. |

PO-25 They develop their professional knowledge and skills in a lifelong learning process by participating in national and international in-service training, courses, workshops, seminars, meetings, and conferences organized by institutions and organizations related to Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning, and Performance Analysis in Sports. PO-26 The coach uses effective communication skills from a psychosocial perspective while respecting the confidentiality of their athletes.
