Objectives of the Course | |||||
To teach students the basic concepts of sportive training, to gain basic knowledge about the creation of training plans suitable for age groups. To give information about athlete development program. |

PO-3 They can list short-term and long-term goals for different age groups to achieve the highest possible levels. In line with these goals, they can create training plans for both short and long terms and adapt them according to changing conditions.
