Objectives of the Course | |||||
It aims to understand the theoretical knowledge, basic concepts, theories and theories about exercise and sport psychology related to performance enhancement; to learn exercise and sport psychology topics to improve health and well-being, to learn methods to facilitate psychological growth and development, to examine research articles on sport and exercise psychology topics related to performance enhancement and health improvement. |
