Objectives of the Course |
Students will be able to analyze the history of music from Antiquity to the Baroque period with a scientific approach. Students will be able to define the basic concepts of early music, distinguish the characteristic musical features of the periods, know important composers and works, and relate musical developments to social and cultural dynamics.

Course Contents |
This course includes the characteristics of the renaissance, baroque and classical periods, the musical understanding of the composers, their theoretical approaches and the musical characteristics of the relevant periods. |
