Objectives of the Course | |||||
Students will be able to use notation software effectively; write music notation correctly in digital environment; learn basic functions, symbols and techniques used in notation; visualize musical works on digital platforms and make edits on notation using music software. |

PO-1 Students who successfully complete the Master of Performing Arts program will be familiar with high-level concepts related to their program. PO-3 Have a basic knowledge of measurement systems, musical signs, arrays and intervals and tonality etc.They are also familiar with the basic rules, techniques and terms of music, able to read musical notes and write what they hear in musical notes. |

This course aims to teach students how to write, edit and visualize musical notation in digital media using music notation software, to gain knowledge about the basic symbols, functions and techniques used in music notation, and to use the basic tools in music software effectively. | ||
