Course Contents |
This course includes the definition of group and team concepts; stages of group formation; group structure and norms; types of teams and their functioning within organizations; the roles and responsibilities of team members and the acquisition of skills necessary for effective team membership; intra-team communication processes; the importance of collaboration and coordination; strategies to enhance motivation, cohesion, and commitment within teams; conflict management and the acquisition of creative problem-solving techniques; leadership skills in teams, leadership theories, and the process of evaluating team performance. |
