Objectives of the Course | |||||
This course aims to provide fundamental knowledge and skills for the protection and improvement of athlete health, enabling students to gain knowledge about preventive and rehabilitative approaches that support the physical and psychological health of athletes. |

Course Contents | ||
This course covers the fundamental concepts related to athlete health, factors affecting athlete health, physical fitness assessments for athletes, principles of nutrition and fluid balance, common injuries in athletes and their prevention, treatment methods, and rehabilitation processes, as well as stress management, motivation, and mental resilience to support the psychological health of athletes. | ||
