Objectives of the Course
To enable the training of experts who will guide individuals in the transition from the sedentary and routine life cycle, which has become one of the biggest problems of today's society, to an active and healthy life cycle.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Through this course, students can learn to design conscious leisure activities PO-4 They have the knowledge to monitor, interpret, evaluate, analyze, and apply publications and current studies conducted on different age groups.
PO-16 The coach periodically monitors individuals in different age groups using performance tests and adjusts the training plan as needed.
PO-18 They share sports assessments and results with other professionals within the service areas, considering the characteristics of individuals in different groups within the framework of confidentiality rules.
PO-23 They conduct current studies on individuals at different levels and groups.

LO-2 Through this course, students will know and be able to teach different types of physical activities. PO-4 They have the knowledge to monitor, interpret, evaluate, analyze, and apply publications and current studies conducted on different age groups.
PO-9 They develop recommendations for identifying and preventing problems that may arise from sport-specific or general environmental conditions within a sport discipline.
PO-21 They effectively use equipment, other tools, and educational technologies related to the chosen sports discipline for their intended purpose.

LO-3 Through this course, students will be able to create personalized programming PO-3 They can list short-term and long-term goals for different age groups to achieve the highest possible levels. In line with these goals, they can create training plans for both short and long terms and adapt them according to changing conditions.
PO-13 They plan for talent selection, guidance, and development in coaching, as well as modeling, developing, and monitoring in sports.
PO-14 Based on their own knowledge, the coach assesses the overall condition of individuals in different age groups by identifying their sports discipline, health and lifestyle profile, deficiencies, body structure and function, and level of sports participation. Accordingly, they determine evaluation and application priorities and plan training programs, taking individual differences into account.

Active Life Coaching, Active life practices (such as cycling, swimming, pilates, hiking, camping, climbing, etc.), Effects of active life (physiological, psycho-social, etc.), Benefits of active life according to age periods (Childhood, Adolescence, Adulthood, Retirement and Old Age), Active life and motivation, Communication, Nutrition.
