Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to ensure that students understand the importance of physical activity and sports, to provide basic knowledge and skills in various sports, to increase health awareness, to develop teamwork and a sense of individual responsibility. In addition, to encourage students to acquire sports habits and to contribute to their adoption of a healthy lifestyle throughout life. |

Course Contents | ||
Sports activities course, starting with introduction and introduction of the course, deals with the importance of sports, expectations and general purposes; by focusing on warm-up and stretching techniques, it teaches the importance of warm-up and stretching exercises. While teaching the rules of the game and basic techniques of badminton, practical practices are also done. Focusing on the rules and techniques of volleyball, it aims for students to gain competence in this sport. | ||
