The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of chromatography and basic concepts of chromatographic techniques. |

Extraction, the theory of chromatography; adsorption and partion, chromatographic techniques; column chromatography, thin layer chromatography, paper chromatography, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), ion exchange chromatography, electrophoresis, electrofocusing isotochophoresis, gel filtration and ultrafiltration. | ||
