Objectives of the Course
To do research on the German language example in the field of applied linguistics. Examining, describing, observing, knowing the concept areas, scanning the literature, examining and describing the linguistic units within the framework of the language of education (Unterrichtssprache) in the field of the profession language (Berufssprache) by taking Sociolinguistics (Soziolinguistik), which is one of the fields of Applied Linguistics. It is among the aims of this course that the students establish a connection between German as a foreign language and the language of the teacher, review the relevant literature, conduct theoretical and practical studies and produce an article.

Course Contents
To be able to distinguish and describe the components of the teacher language; embodying the link between applied linguistics and methods of teaching German as a foreign language; grammatical and linguistic perspective towards language will be developed, research will be done and reported on teacher language.
